In this post, I will tell you about GMF, What is this? Genetically modified foods, are those that have been introduced a gene from another species or another organism through Genetic Engineering.
The importance of this topic in my career is we must be constantly searching for technologies to improve the food problems of the society and GMF could be so helpful.
I choose this topic because I think it's of much benefit to society and is very unknown, there are even a number of myths associated with this issue due to the little knowledge of the people.
Future use is very positive because it can increase food production How? Be improving them genetically, it's given and advantage in the face of external changes that can damage them, and with this decrease the number of losses, thus having a greater and better food production.
I learned about these in a bibliographical research work for a subject of the university. This time we present our investigation to an audience outside the university and it turned out to be a very rewarding experience because there was a lot of interest and discussion with the audience regarding the issue.
The impact of this topic in the human welfare could be the great solution in the world food problem, in the shortage and poor food distribution.
Well, I only talk about good things of this topic, so now too I will tell you about disadvantage. This world market is mainly led by a large company and this have a dubious reputation in terms of management and production, don't overshadow and produce rejection of this type of food.
