MY DREAM JOB!

Hi everybody, today I will talk about my dream job: is related with my college career because dedicate myself to food is something that I love. I would like to go through all the roads that it has. But what I would most do is innovation and research of feeds.

Innovation is currently present in all areas of development, particularly in the food industry. Innovation requires creativity, audacity and technological and commercial skill. The idea is to adapt the products to the demands of a new consumer but without removing their nutritional value. That’s why we must research to improve our food in the best way.

I would like my dream job to be both outdoors and indoors because I was bored being all the time locked in 4 walls. Although most of my time would be spent in a laboratory.

I wouldn’t like to be inside an office because it’s so boring to be sitting in front of a computer.

Besides studying Food Engineering, I would like to do postgraduate courses related to this area because I think it’s always important to know more and to fill yourself with knowledge to be a full professional.

Finally, I would like to travel a lot because I think in other countries there is more development so I could learn more.
